In the car trading market, an increasing number of people are buying used cars online due to its convenience and accessibility.

However, this has led to a rise in the number of fraudulent activities by scam sellers, and many buyers lack the necessary car knowledge to identify a bad condition car. This problem poses a significant risk to potential buyers who may end up with a car that doesn't meet their expectations, costing them time, money, and effort to correct.

InnoAuto aims to provide a reliable and credible car trading platform that addresses the rising concerns of fraudulent activities in the online market.

Our solution involves implementing a comprehensive verification process for all sellers before listing their vehicle for sale. In addition, we will provide potential buyers with detailed car reports and a test drive service to help them make informed decisions.

Furthermore, we will offer a user-friendly interface to help buyers choose the best car that meets their requirements.

Through the implementation of research methodologies such as competitor analysis, journey mapping, and empathy mapping, I have gained valuable insights into the pain points and behaviours exhibited by our target audience when purchasing a used car online. This comprehensive understanding has allowed me to define the problems within the user journey and develop effective solutions to address them. By analyzing competitors, mapping the user journey, and empathizing with our audience, I have identified and mapped out the challenges and frustrations they face, enabling us to enhance their experience and ensure a successful online used car purchase.

The discovered pain points throughout the journey:
- Credibility of sellers: Users have doubts about the trustworthiness and reliability of sellers on the platform.
- Lack of car inspection knowledge: Users lack the necessary understanding of how to properly inspect a used car.
- Unfamiliarity with informations: Users struggle to navigate and understand the various contents shown in the platform.
